  First of all, the food was perfectly fine and what I ordered. The poor rating is a result of management at this location. I did my first ever online order for rapid pickup. I go inside and there is a long line so I walk around it to find the pickup area. There are two signs, one for online and phone orders, another for dine in pickup. After standing under the sign at a register for five minutes for online pickup, the manager tells me I need to go get in line. I inform her I have a rapid pickup, and she replies that she has a thousand of those and I need to pick mine up at the end that says dine in. After waiting there for another ten minutes, she insisted I did not complete the online order and need to check my email. After proving I had, I was finally instructed to look on a shelf where my order had been the entire time. I understand being busy. But my order was complete and all I needed to save 15 minutes of my life was ten seconds of their time.

  I eat at Panera very often but this is my first time at this one. Everyone was nice, but I suggest you double check your take away order... both the salads I ordered didn't have dressing. And I didn't realize until I was back at the beach and just had to deal and eat a dry salad. Bread was a little under done too.
