  A part of management came into the lobby for a Social Interaction with consumers. Not only was he very funny, he seemed calm, cool, and collected. I would recommend and return.

  Stopped by March, 25, 2017 They where rude and my food was a sloppy mess. Would not recommend this Wendy's!!!

  This location has a lot to be desired. First when I walked in my greeting was do you need something...my reply was yes I would like to order. Second whole waiting for someone to take my order a crew member removed their visor and proceeded to scratch their head while near the fry station. Third once order was ready...there was no ketchup inn dining room...went to inform them...crew member couldn't understand me and replied huh...I again said there is no ketchup...he replied its in the dining room I told him again out was empty....instead of filling it...he just handed me a pile of ketchup packets...fourth dining room tables and chairs were dirty. Fifth...didn't realize my sandwich was chicken...went to ask if I could get a Jr bacon cheeseburger...waited over five minutes...in a hurry so decided to eat what I had...food was cold...a manager did speak to me and apologized...did nothing to make me feel line a valued or satisfied customer...having worked in food service for the last five years...I was dissatisfied with the service and quality of food...I should of been offered a coupon for something or offered something to correct the situation. At the time I visited this location it was slow...I was the only one I the dining room.
